with sales and service support prod-ucts designed to maximize
their potential in building their 401(k) business. He is also
co-author of the book, 401(k) Sales Champion and is the developer
of the 401(k) Sales Champion Workshop. Prior to founding KnowHow
401(k), Chris spent 18 years as a Financial Advisor, Sales
Trainer and 401(k) Wholesaler for several of the premier companies
in the financial services industry. He is a judge for the
PLANSPONSOR magazine Retirement Advisor of the Year Award.
He lives in Dayton, Ohio.

Steve Wilt has spent 15 years with
one of the world's leading financial service firms as a financial
advisor. Starting as a generalist, cold-calling individuals
at their homes, in his second year in the business, a 401(k)
wholesaler told him that if he wanted his business to go into
hyperspace he should start prospecting 401(k) plans.
Twelve years later, Wilt and his team are
responsible for nearly $630 million dollars in 70 qualified
plans. As a 401(k) Sales Champion, he and his team bring
an elevated level of service to the nearly 12,000 participants
that contribute $3 million dollars a month in assets to his
practice.
Recognizing that the key to a successful
401(k) practice is the hands-on education his team brings
to plan participants, Wilt's goal is to assure that each and
every employee realizes the full benefit of their 401(k) plan.
As a continuation of his desire to educate,
Steve could not pass up the opportunity to work with Chris
Barlow on this valuable sales tool. In 401(k) Sales Champion,
Steve has drawn upon his own real life experiences to deliver
advice and guidance on how you too can achieve 401(k) Sales
Champion status.
